The purpose of this program is to build your capability where it matters to you, and to enable a satisfactory participation in adult life.
How it works:
We meet you where you are at and begin by understanding your current challenges, interests and hopes.
We then work with you to set growth goals in the areas that matter to you.
Our sessions focus on building your skills and confidence to try new things.
Through skill building and real world practice you achieve growth in the areas that matter to you.
The program typically involves 10 coaching sessions focused on progressing against 1 or 2 specific goals.
To develop with pace, we aim to complete the program within 3 months.
While goals focused, we remain flexible and responsive to changes and challenges as they present.
