The purpose of this program is to build your capability where it matters to you, and to enable a satisfactory participation in adult life.

How it works:

  • We meet you where you are at and begin by understanding your current challenges, interests and hopes.

  • We then work with you to set growth goals in the areas that matter to you.

  • Our sessions focus on building your skills and confidence to try new things.

  • Through skill building and real world practice you achieve growth in the areas that matter to you.

  • The program typically involves 10 coaching sessions focused on progressing against 1 or 2 specific goals.

  • To develop with pace, we aim to complete the program within 3 months.

  • While goals focused, we remain flexible and responsive to changes and challenges as they present.
