Specialised coaching for autistic teens and adults

My story

Autistic teens and young adults face significant challenges throughout their Social, Academic and Work life. While struggling to function, effective supports and specialists available to them are scarce.

I started Achieve Coaching, to enable autistic teens and young adults break through challenges and achieve satisfactory outcomes socially, academically and at work. I rely on evidence-based approaches that are unique to helping autistic individuals grow and develop; and I draw from more than 25 years of experience coaching adults learn and develop at work.

Before dedicating myself to working with autistic clients, I coached a wide range of leaders in Australia, the USA and Latin America. I helped my clients approach challenges differently, try new behaviours, better function in the work environment, successfully manage transition, and achieve better results.
