This consultation with parents will help you plan for and put in place adequate supports that improve the outcomes of your autistic child as they transition to and experience adulthood.

How it works:

  • It is a consultation process to explore your unique situation, and generate options and steps to increase functioning and well-being.

  • It provides a framework to keep development at the forefront, plan for and put in place interventions accordingly.

  • It allows you to focus on areas with the greatest impact on functioning and succeeding in post-secondary education, having a satisfactory social life, finding jobs, and living independently.

  • It can be used to improve and formulate quality NDIS plans, university or TAFE equity or access plans, or disability employment supports.
